Indian Mango Curry
Sweet mango mingles with the exotic spice of cardamom and curry.

Sounds like a special way to spice up life.

Noggy said...

I would like to try the India Mango Curry Seasoned Salt. The Honey Bourbon Seasoned Salt also sounds yummy. Never grilled on a plank before but I've heard it raises the quality of your end product to a whole other level. I love fresh salmon and anyone who knows me knows that cod is my all time favorite. I would love to try grilling those two items on a plank.
